Summary/Abstract: There are many developed mechanisms for successful improvement of the quality of educational work at schools, and continuous self-evaluation of the work is one of the basic methods in the policy of continuous monitoring and improvement of quality education. Identifying and understanding your own advantages and shortcomings help schools identify priorities, set achievable goals and work plans. Process of self-evaluation consists of several components: setting goals of self-evaluation, discussion to analyze the situation at the school, which should include a broad circle of participants of the educational process, the selection of key areas and areas of evaluation that make self-evaluation framework, determining the level and scope of self-evaluation and setting the criteria of self-evaluation, collecting relevant data on the performance of schools and their analyses in order to evaluate the work of the school and make the report on the results of self-evaluation in order to make plans for further development.
