Summary/Abstract: Al-Qadi 'Iyad is a scientist and thinker of Maliki madhab from the Maghreb region. He was educated in the city Sabta in Morocco, specialized in the field hadith scientific disciplines in Andalus, where he met in Mursia and Cordoba numerous hadith scientists. In these and other places of Andalus he spent more than a year in specialized training and consultation with local scholars, especially in hadith.
