Summary/Abstract: Article 51 of the United Nations Statement give the inherent right of individual or collective self-defence to a country that is under an armed attack. Some countries or alliances have needed a threat-based a reason to exist in another country or region. With this threat, they aim on the one hand to convince the internal public, on the other hand to gain legitimacy in the international public. Within this framework, the United States and Israel acts with similar strategies within the country and in the Middle East. We define this strategy as “The Existence Strategy with the Threat". Some Zionist leaders in Israel have carried out regional attacks and enlargement policies on the one hand; on the other hand, it justified the occupation and annexation by citing internal threats. The Existence Strategy with the Threat reveals the causes and objectives of the wars and conflicts that are concentrated in the Middle East, Islamic World, Oil and Energy Areas and Energy Routes.
