Summary/Abstract: Although many researchers suggest that modern Kyrgyz children's literature emerged as a part of Soviet literature in the 1920s and was shaped by Soviet literature afterwards, it is seen that the roots of Kyrgyz Literature date back to very old times. In this study, the roots of Kyrgyz children's literature, important developmental processes, authors and works from past to present are discussed. By giving a general information about Kyrgyz children's literature, the path, tendencies and methods followed by the mentioned authors in our research have been emphasized. It is aimed that our research will be the subject of future studies and be able to create a source.
