DEVELOPMENT DIRECTIONS OF BUSINESS PROCESS ORGANIZATION IN ENTERPRISES IN AZERBAIJAN

Summary/Abstract: In the current economic environment, businesses and organizations have difficulty dealing with the crisis in global and local economies. To remain competitive, an enterprise must minimize costs, manage resource flows while maximizing revenues. Here we are talking about both temporary and organizational, as well as financial losses that occur during operation. Improving the organizational management system in new market conditions for Azerbaijan places high demands on the management of the efficiency of the development of business processes in oil production enterprises. The competitiveness of businesses mainly depends on choosing the right business process management strategy. The oil industry is still lagging behind in the development of business processes for organizing infrastructure, and as a result the economy does not have the necessary work in the organization of technological and logistical support for basic production, which is important. reasons for high production costs. In the new conditions of market relations, problems with the organization and optimization of infrastructure business process management have become even more severe. The aim of the study is to verify the theoretical provisions and practical recommendations for the establishment of an effective business process development organization in the infrastructure system of the enterprise.
