Summary/Abstract: After the end of wars and armed conflicts, the essential concern of the international community is peace and, more importantly, the creation of lasting peace. But, unfortunately, passing from war to everlasting righteousness has always been complex and complicated. So often, or at least in half, we see the resumption of armed conflict, both internationally and domestically. Therefore, creating such peace needs to build and strengthened. To this end, an institution called the "Peacebuilding Commission" has been set up in the United Nations to institutionalize lasting peace following armed conflict. The Peacebuilding Commission is an innovation among its subsidiary bodies, as it is a sub-pillar of the Security Council and a sub-pillar of the UN General Assembly, and has a standing organizing committee to prepare its own rules and regulations. In this article, the foundations of establishing the Peacebuilding Commission, Nature, Structure, and Its occupations will be examined.
