Summary/Abstract: The author deals with the quickness of procedure principle and its use in the pension insurance procedure, concretely in the confering allowances of the pension insurance procedure. The pension procedure is a complicated process and especially it is complicated when deciding on the case of the partial pensions. The partial pensions are allowances from pension insurance, which are confered and pensioned by the czech institutions and also by the foreign institutions according to length of the employment (insurance) on their territory.
