Penal Liability in Case of Illegal Damage of Means of Communication

Summary/Abstract: The article treats the current penal regulation of criminal damage of a means of communication. It analyses the provisions of Art. 347 of the Penal Code and includes some proposals for improving the legal regulation of the offence in comparison with similar offences. Outlined is the distinction between the penal and the administrative level of legal protection against such violations.
