Summary/Abstract: Rural tourism unites different types and forms of tourism and its multifaceted content aspect raises different expectations about what the tourist offer would offer as an experience of the tourist during his stay outside the city limits. Analyzes and conclusions are presented as a result of the author’s long-term research work in the field of rural tourism in order to realize a functional connection and logical connectionin order to successfully apply a comprehensive approach to discovering the essence of rural tourism.
