Summary/Abstract: This paper aims to present Ibn Sina in a less known light, i.e. his gnostic dimension, about which there are certain disagreements, and which is recognized in his tree gnostic epistles:Hayy ibn Yaqzan, Risala al-tayr and Salaman wa Absal. In fact, these are the tree parts of the same narration. These narrations differ from his peripatetic literature in term of the content and the method of expression. In all of these epistles, Ibn Sina explains the position of soul in the creation, the path of the soul, i.e. its return to God, and the obstacles that it encounters on that path by using symbolic narration.
