Summary/Abstract: Judicial practice is itself a "conception" of a legal issue. The Civil Code does not provide a definition of "illicit, prejudicial deed" but makes references in its texts, without defining its content. The solutions of the presented courts, retaining the deed, describe it, motivating, explaining the civil wrongdoing caught in various fields of legal relations. And justice has the vocation of "fulfilling" the law. Illicit acts are much more numerous today. We relate the right to claim a certain behavior to new legal norms and mandatory conduct. The article aims to bring to the fore the recent jurisprudence, relevant in the temporary circumstances of the company. The courts have the duty to further determine, in content, the deed, in a dynamic of social life that decisively influences the way of understanding an old legal concept - the illicit deed.
