Summary/Abstract: In today's world, the individual is moving away from understanding both his work life and his own life. Because the innovations brought by life are both interesting for individuals and cause us to detach ourselves from our essence and gradually change and forget some values. The notion of alienation we encounter at this point isolates the individual against himself, his values, the values of society, and the environment in which he works. The concept of alienation, which has gained a lot of meaning in recent years, is a synonym for boredom for some and an analytical concept for others in sociology. On the other hand, intra-organizational alienation is defined as the recognition, evaluation and dissatisfaction of a person working in the organization by the leaders of professional development and change. The purpose of this study is to reveal the relationship between the levels of alienation that can occur in employees of the organization, its causes and solutions, and job satisfaction, which is one of the necessary conditions for the sustainability of the organization. The threedimensional memory scale, developed by J. Clifford Mottaz (1981), has been used as a means of data collection. In this regard, the relationship between sub-dimensions of forgetfulness (weakness, meaninglessness, self-forgetfulness), the causes of forgetfulness and solutions and job satisfaction was investigated. The most widely used Spector (1997) job satisfaction measure was used to measure job satisfaction. The 3 sub-dimensions of memorization and job satisfaction were measured on the Likert scale. This article also explores what the concept of alienation is in a broad sense, why it is important, how it can be managed, and how it affects job satisfaction.
