ANALYSIS OF PERSONNEL TRAINING THROUGH DOCTORAL STUDIES (DISSERTATIONS) INFLUENCING THE DEVELOPMENT OF UNIVERSITY-INDUSTRIAL COOPERATION IN AZERBAIJAN

Summary/Abstract: Close relations with the world of science, education and industry, which are the main means of ensuring national and spiritual development, also play an important role in solving many problems facing society. Studies in various countries have shown that systemic higher education has a significant impact on economic growth and that a significant part of economic growth comes from the development of the labor force education level. Parameters such as improving the quality and organization of systematic training of qualified personnel in higher education, especially through doctoral studies, such as the admission and graduation of specialized researchers in accordance with industry requirements, the defense or defense of dissertations during graduation have a significant impact on university-industry cooperation in Azerbaijan. The study of foreign experience in the field of university-industry cooperation, the importance of consistency in the training of qualified personnel for the effective operation of the university-business world, the analysis of the current situation in this area and development prospects and work to be done in this direction. It is in this article that the analysis is carried out to determine the correlation in the training of qualified personnel for the effective organization of university-industry cooperation through doctoral studies, the results obtained in a sense compared with the analyzed indicators of other countries for the same period.
