Aspecte practice în materia asigurărilor de sănătate
Practical aspects regarding health insurance

Summary/Abstract: Although most of us are aware of both the contributions we owe to the health system or to the social security budget and of the rights related to these contribution obligations, few know the conditions under which a person becomes insured, what are the rights and obligations of insured persons, what are the differences between state and private insurance etc. It is also useful to know how to resolve conflicts that may arise between healthcare providers and insured people, as well as how we can use European and national health cards. This article aims to briefly present the relevant practical issues in the field of social security law and may be considered a starting point for further study.
