Summary/Abstract: The article concerns the penal trial of members of the Silesian intelligence service “Stragan” of the “U-2” group of the Home Army, who were accused of treason of the Third Reich and executed in 1944 after a short trial. They were intelligence agents, gathering data on the military and defence affairs of the Third Reich in Salzgitter in the mountains of Harz. The text shows the mechanisms of the justice system in the Third Reich, the way of conducting preparatory proceedings, and the trial itself. It also describes executions and the fate of the bodies of the convicted after the execution.
