Summary/Abstract: The integration of the technology in the practice of the legal profession, the continuous growth of data and electronic devices used by lawyers and interconnected, the necesity to respect the attorney-client privilege and the confidentiality and the sensitive data they process obliges lawyers to be aware of the importance of the cybersecurity and to find technical and legal ways of defense to protect themselves, the law firm and the sensitive customer data at the same level as the physical security.
