Summary/Abstract: Neoliberalism is a series of economic policies which took a huge place in the history and the life of human being. Neoliberalism thanks to its intrinsic mechanisms, put the individual in a particular link with the human society. The international financial institutions and the firms put the market's rules in the government decisions process. These rules take an important part in the way of living of the society and neoliberal people influence the politics way of thinking; even if the politics aren't agree with their thought. Consequently, such as social individual we must act first with our instrumental reason in the aim not to go against the main thought, that is to say, the particular interest becomes more important than everything in the social relationship. The real question that anybody has to ask himself is why this contemporary theory of justice may lead to anarchy? How this way of thinking which considers the individual freedom as fundamental value can badly influence on the global liberty of certain social actors? In which measure the global economic crisis attack and put in failure the neoliberalism?
