Summary/Abstract: The adolescence is the stage when the process of personality development is finished passing to the future adulthood personality. The emotional and motivational development are not separated from the social, cognitive, moral and other personality development processes. The adolescence is the stage of the self-determination and for the choice of the professional way. The adolescent is cognitively able to participate in abstract thinking, searching for independence, becoming more autonomous, achieving more social roles and statuses and accomplishing more and more responsabilities (on the professional, marital, social, cultural levels).
