Summary/Abstract: Military strategy today is also a concept that synthesizes the expression of a smart, flexible, ingenious, skilful and even hidden spearhead, with a vector scent of cunning and strategic deception legitimized by the difference between life and death, which have always equipped the reality and art of war. These features generally characterize human action, but, applied to the preparation and conduct of war, they already touch on the philosophy and physiognomy of extreme risk. Today, more than yesterday, military strategy, in its complexity, is a strictly conditioned creation, a kind of dangerous compression of infinity between extremes. This has always been the case, but today, high technology, information technology and the hypersonic era are revolutionizing the data of the problem again. However, this problem of generating an ideal and infallible strategy has never been solved.
