Summary/Abstract: This paper shows the conceptions of restorative justice against the background ofthe idea of general justice. The author indicates to the relationship between theretributive and restorative approaches. By analysing the literature on the subjectmatter and criminal law, the importance of restorative justice practices and profitsthat bring to the offender, victim of a crime and for the local community.
