Legal Dogmatics

Summary/Abstract: The aim of this article is to look at the concept of legal dogmatics in the European theory of law. The author formulates a new concept of legal dogmatics as an aggregate of rules of conduct in force among the professional jurists regarding: a) the operation of the legal system; b) substantiation of legal decision. The legal character of the legal dogms and the conceptual functions of the legal presumptions and fictions are considered.
