Summary/Abstract: Education and philosophy have played an enormous role in the development and development of societies and states since the existence of humans. For this reason, as in every age, the importance of trained manpower is increasing to states which need to become an information society in our age. As a result of the developments in the information age, human beings are faced with faster technological and scientific developments compared to previous ages. Because together with philosophy, life is lived in an age where the brain, neuroscience, digitalization and artificial intelligence are very important. For this reason, until recent times, concepts such as online education, e-learning, Education 4.0, digital security systems, e-commerce, five-sense advertising, virtual reality and artificial intelligence were not used in the literature. However, it is seen that academic studies on these fields are not sufficient today. For this reason, the aim of the study is to integrate the possibility of scientific and technological advancements with each other in the field of education. Because every society has short term and long term goals in many areas such as industry, technology and education. The importance of educational philosophy should not be overlooked in the realization and development of short term and long term goals.
