Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this research is to examine the arguments relating to forest school approach in Turkey. For this purpose, theses in the database of the Higher Education Council National Thesis Centre have been searched as the keyword "forest school". Turkey made until the date of April 4, 2020, on the approach to forest school has reached six thesis work. In the research, document review, one of the qualitative research methods, was used. During the study of theses, the year of publication of thesis studies, university, study group, research group, institute and department, publication type, place of field research, and research results were selected as examination criteria. According to the analysis results of the thesis work done on the approach to forest school in Turkey, most was done in 2019, research published by six different universities, preschool the research group of graduate students, teachers, it has been identified as posing parents and administrators. Besides, it was determined that the most qualitative research method was used in the thesis studies examined, the researches were mostly published by the social sciences institute, all the thesis studies were published at the master's level, and the research area of theses was the most in Istanbul province. As a result of the thesis studies on the approach to forest school in Turkey, it said to be numerically insufficient. In order to increase the number of academic studies in this field, it may be recommended to direct postgraduate students and academic staff in the relevant departments of universities.
