Summary/Abstract: This research was carried out to determine the level of predicting academic success of the students based on their reading motivation and reading comprehension skills. The research was carried out on 758 students attending the fourth grade of primary school. Descriptive statistics, correlation analyzes and multiple linear regression analyzes were included in the analysis of the data. According to the findings obtained from the research, reading motivation and reading comprehension are the significant predictors of students' academic success. On the other hand, there is a low positive level between academic achievement and reading motivation; a moderate positive relationship was found between reading comprehension. Accordingly, as students' reading motivation and reading comprehension skills increase, students' academic success also increases.
