Summary/Abstract: Antoine Berman, an important theorist in translation studies, favored translation targetist for literary texts. He evoked certain tendencies of the subject translating called "distorting tendencies". These tendencies are shown rather in the interlingual translation of literary texts. The translating subject performs an operation of formal, lingual and structural destruction but it must protect the meaning, the message and mean it from the original text. To give (almost) the same meaning in the text At the end of the day, the translating subject simultaneously recreates meaning. On the one hand, he practices distorting tendencies at the level of the signifier, on the other hand it recreates the meaning of the source text at the level of the signified. The aim of this work is to observe the recreational dimension of certain distorting trends and to analyze these trends distorting and recreative on the Turkish translation of the novel I will spit on your tombs of Boris Vian.
