Summary/Abstract: One of the challenges faced by Bulgaria’s 46th National Assembly is to use the process of army rearmament, which is critically important for Bulgaria’s defense, as an investment opportunity for achieving reindustrialization and economic growth. Based on information from publicly available sources, the article offers a proposal for development of government policy and establishment of sustainable mechanism for planning and program management in its practical implementation.
