Summary/Abstract: In the last article the vocalism of transcripts of the Senj statute were analysed by Vuk Ručić. In this, the second article, the phonological and morphological analysis will be finished. It will be about the consonants, the consonantly changes and groupings and the inflected morpheme nouns and verbs will be studied, and then the remaining variable and invariable types of words. The more important and significant cases will be emphasised as well as the more important morphological characteristics. At the end each of these two linguistic levels will conclude with a short list of linguistic features about the transcripts of the Senj statute.
