Summary/Abstract: The concept of truth can be defined as existing or will exist. The real environment can be perceived with the ability to sense. The transformation of reality perceived by sense organs into information is the process of defining reality. The concept of reality defines what exists. Perception is related to reality. The fact that perception can be influenced and misleading in its relationship with memory opens new dimensions in the concept of reality. For the graphic design field, increasing the perception of the real environment with computer-aided data flow has been translated into Turkish as artırılmış gerçeklik (En: augmented reality - AR). This artificial environment, which is not very close to reality but simulates reality, has been translated into Turkish as sanal gerçeklik (En: virtual reality - VR). In the virtuality process, which includes virtual reality in the first step and augmented reality in the last step, reality spreads to a wide range from the real environment to the virtual environment. Karma gerçeklik (En: mixed reality - MR) covers the entire virtual process. Although there is no sharp boundary between the concepts in the virtuality process, the concepts of augmented reality, virtual reality and mixed reality can easily separate. However, it can be seen that the concepts can be mixed and misused in a way that can be thought to be naming Turkish. The unique values represented by the concepts have been researched, sample cases have been examined and suggestions for possible concept names have been developed.
