Summary/Abstract: The aim of this study is to reveal the relationships between social intelligence, life satisfaction and personality traits. The research was carried out in a private company operating in the manufacturing sector to determine the relationships between these variables. Relationships between variables were analyzed and evaluated applying correlation and regression analysis. The research design was made as a quantitative research and a questionnaire was used as a data collection tool. Although there are studies on these variables in the literature, there is no study that handles these three variables together. According to the findings obtained from the research; While it was understood that personality traits of extroversion, adaptability, responsibility, and emotional balance had a regulatory effect in the relationship between social intelligence and life satisfaction, it was concluded that openness to development personality trait had no regulatory effect. This study; along with contributing to the Management and Behavior literature; will make important contributions to the Psychology and Socio-Psychology literature and shed light on researchers.
