SPECIFICITIES OF THE LAW APPLICABLE AND THE OBJECT OF THE USUFRUCT WITH REGARD TO THE NORMS AND REQUIREMENTS OF THE SPATIAL PLANNING LAW

Summary/Abstract: The aim of this article is to examine the basic characteristics of the law applicable and of the object of the usufruct with regard to the norms and the requirements of the spatial planning law. The article has the following structure: introduction, review of the specific characteristics of the usufruct which have significance for its correlation with the spatial planning law; examination of the immovables – objects of the usufruct, and their basic characteristics, including those with regard to the spatial planning law’s norms and requirements as well as their connection with and their distinction from the objects of the right of property; final conclusions.
