LEGAL REGULATION OF THE INTERACTION BETWEEN THE “REGISTRATION OFFICER”AND THE EMPLOYEES OF THE REGISTRATION SERVICES AT THE REGISTRY AGENCY

Summary/Abstract: The Commercial Register and the Register of Non-Profit Legal Entities are part of the registers kept by the Registry Agency. The register is a single, centralized database, managed by an information system and containing the entered circumstances for traders and non-profit legal entities, for which it is regulated by law that they are subject to announcement and entry. Entries in this register shall be made with the sanction of the “Registration Officials”, with the assistance of the registration services.
