Summary/Abstract: The subject of this article is to analyze some aspects of the legal regulation of the exchange of electronic documents and internal electronic administrative services between providers of electronic administrative services and judicial authorities, which are placed in two different acts. As a result of the analysis, conclusions are made about gaps and / or opportunities for improvement.
