Summary/Abstract: The article is devoted to the problem of the relationship between justice and law, with the main focus being put on the question where the boundaries of legal regulation extend. A basic starting point of the study is that in the contemporary Bulgarian theory and philosophy of law there are significant differences regarding the nature, the way of formulating, conceptual borders and the role of the legal regulation.
