Summary/Abstract: On the first official meeting, held in Bled on July 30, 1947, between the delegations of the Federal People’s Republic of Yugoslavia (FPRY) and the People’s Republic of Bulgaria (PRB), Josip Broz Tito proposed to consider several draft documents which previously were prepared by the professional services of the both governments. Among them, were a document that referred to the issue of rail and road traffic. This document was an integral part of the Protocol on the decisions of the Conference adopted on 1 august 1947, where it was decided the Yugoslav and Bulgarian government to accede to the expansion of the rail and road connections between both countries.
