Summary/Abstract: The author’s intention is to give a complete overview of Senj’s glagolitic heritage. Firstly he explains the appearance of glagolitic in Senj and then its recognition by the Catholic Church’s government. In the following text the author represents the most important glagolitic manuscripts and inscriptions related to Senj, the work of the glagolitic press and then he follows the decadence of glagolitic culture and its destiny through Propaganda issues, Schiaveta and the return of the Croatian edition according to Parčić Missal.
