Summary/Abstract: The beginnings of Banat culture are confused with the beginnings of Romanian culture in Transylvania, becoming a space of multilingualism and multiculturalism. The right to culture became one of the inalienable human rights relatively late, after World War II, when the "gray" imprinted by this terrible scourge began to dissipate, and the inhabitants of the planet "clung" to it. something that could give them relief, erase their suffering, and drive out the horrors they experienced. We no longer had to look for culprits, but the human soul had to be saved, its development depending on its intimate development, on a new, truly healthy basis, of society as a whole.
