Summary/Abstract: Needs are at the heart of our lives. Whether we are aware of it or not, they direct our actions. It is essential to pay attention to our needs because, as M. Rosenberg writes, "if we do not value our needs, others will not value them." To meet our needs, we must first know them. Unfortunately, we are often unaware of them. We don't always know our physical needs, otherwise we shouldn't go to the nutritionist, watch health shows or tell our doctors to exercise. In this context, in this article we aim to explore how we can become aware of personal needs through „MINDFULNESS" practices.
