Summary/Abstract: The design process, which is the basic element of art, is an indispensable subject for the artist. Elements and principles in design are called the basic building blocks of visual arts. Certain principles are required to create a design. These design principles significantly affect the interaction of objects in an artwork. All of these principles or some of them can be used in design. The principle of repetition, which is one of these elements that form the basis of art and design, is the occurrence of more than one repetition of an item which has same or close value. In the research, repetition principle, which is one of the important principles of basic design, and its types are included. Also, the visual expression of the repetition is tried to be explained with the personal ceramic board application on wall surface. The principle of repetition creates a sense of unity in the design by creating a sense of integrity. Using repetition on workart provides functionality, visuality, continuity and effectiveness. Using repetition in design plays an accelerating role. It is possible to make unlimited designs with the principle of repetition in the ceramic shaping method. Personal archıtectural ceramıc board applıcatıon on wall work had done in Karamanoğlu Mehmetbey University Rectorate Building. Shaping, firing, decorating and wall-mounting stages, which are the design stages of the ceramic panel, are explained with the visuals. It is aimed to create a resource for artists who will work in this field and artists can benefit from this artwork and to bring a different perspective.
