Summary/Abstract: The object of the present study is the purely subjective reflections of the author through the analysis of preventing and combating the phenomenon of corruption within the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Moldova. The article presents a vision of legal doctrinaires and civil servants with special status, who, based on their own experience, try to present a new and objective approach to this “problem” by analytically exposing effective measures to solve this problem. The identification of means to establish the conditions for the eradication of corruption within the Ministry of Internal Affairs is relevant in raising the image of the police in society.
