It is therefore incumbent on the challenge and threat of terrorism swiftly responded by the international community, including the United Nations, European Union and the Council of Europe. Such harmonizing regulations at the global, regional and national level tend to basic goal - to criminalize terrorist activity uniformly and comprehensively. Nevertheless, media effects and the number of victims of terrorism in practice are not reduced, indicating the need for constant review of legislative protection from terrorism, in order to comprehensively analyze the potential problems and critical evaluations.
