Summary/Abstract: Modern economy and society operate in terms of high turbulence. It can be seensimply by observing phenomena in the natural and social order. Time as the atmosphericphenomenon has become a variable, so that in one day can happen too large fluctuations intemperature and other weather phenomena. Oscillations manifest negative impacts on theenvironment, for which biology, zoology and medicine with other sciences seek to modify theliving beings and make them resistant to atmospheric phenomena and differences. On theother hand, time as space has become increasingly scarce resource and as such becomes alimiting factor for certain acts, or omissions. It is now time not measured in seconds, as itwas in the past, even tens and hundredths, but nano-seconds. In a word, revolutionarychanges have become an integral part of life and work, as individuals, and organizations.
