Work-family enrichment refers to the fact that roles related to family and work are based on components of harmony rather than conflict with each other. The examination of these living spaces, which are generally examined from the perspective of conflict in the literature, within the framework of positive psychology, can be seen as a necessity for high performance and impact. When individuals are considered as a whole, roles related to different areas of their lives should be analyzed in an analytical and coordinated manner. From this point of view, which is also seen as the determinants of empathy and tolerance, it can be ensured that individuals are healthy and high-performing in all aspects.
