Summary/Abstract: Purpose – The aim of this study is; to investigate the effects of the impartial management approach applied in organizations on the motivation of employees within the framework of demographic differences. Therefore, this study is a scientific research that includes the principles of impartiality of managers, organizational climate, business efficiency, motivation of employees, and with the findings and suggestions; it is thought that it can contribute to enterprises, public institutions and scientific researches. Design/methodology/approach – In the preparation of the method section in this study, quantitative method was preferred for the analysis of cause and effect relationships, and scales whose reliability was proven before were used. Factor analysis, reliability analysis, Anova and Regression analysis were performed using the SPSS statistical program with the data obtained through the scales. The universe of the study; There are a total of 940 teachers working in private secondary schools operating in Yenimahalle district of Ankara, the number of samples; Using the sampling statistics tables, it was determined as 397 people with a 95% confidence interval. Findings – As a result of the regression analysis in the research; It has been observed that impartiality practices towards employees have a positive effect on employee motivation. As a result of one unit increase in impartiality practices, employee motivation increases by 0.681 units. In other words, as a result of the implementation of the neutrality principle of the managers of an organization; It has been observed that it has a positive effect of 68.1% on employee motivation. Discussion – Considering the impartiality understanding in the management of organizations; It can affect the employee's performance, job satisfaction and motivation. Motivation is defined as the power that can direct behavior towards the goal and activate it (Tutar and Altınöz, 2010: 196). In organizations, managers 'behaviors of neutrality can affect employees' thoughts and feelings about the business and work, their attitudes at work, their belonging to the business and business, and consequently their success, performance and motivation. Therefore, this study is of great importance in determining the effects of the neutral management approach applied in organizations on the motivation of the employees.
