Różne style zarządzania nawiązują do ewolucji postrzegania organizacji w naukach o zarządzaniu. W zielonych i turkusowych organizacjach występują uzupełniające się formalne i nieformalne relacje, co skutkuje wzrostem zaangażowania i elastyczności pracowników. ENG:The article presents a green and turquoise style of management, which is presented against the background of reflections on organizational culture. The issue of management styles is important for business practice. Management styles can be characterized by the colours and metaphors of the organization. Different management styles relate to the evolution of the perception of an organization in management sciences. Green and turquoise organizations have complementary formal and informal relationships, which increases employee engagement and flexibility. The article is descriptive and is the starting point for further relationships analyses between green and turquoise organizations.
