Summary/Abstract: Schools are places of production and transformation. They play an important role in preventing or improving students' physiological, bodily, social and psychological development, the human relationship and life satisfaction. Their development motivates the students to learn, and provides rich learning opportunities. New types of schools increase the effectiveness of education by open school climate which focus human relationship and quality of life. In this study, “the school buildings’ impact on physical and emotional health” was examined; quantitative research method was used. The sample of the study was selected by stratified and random sampling. "Quality School Building Scale” and “School Climate Scale-Teacher Form” have been used as data collection tools. A total of 225 scales were used in the research. Multiple regression testing were performed together with basic statistics in data analysis. According to the results of the study, the school building quality’s the lighting and the school campus dimensions have effected twenty percent the clarity, fifteen percent the fairness in rules, fourteen percent the respect for differences, and more than ten percent on teacher-student relations. The school building quality with visibility and lighting dimensions have effected more than ten percent on the relationship between teacher and parent. The effect the school campus and the visibility dimensions of school building quality was twentyseven percent on the security, seventeen-eighteen percent in employee relations and school love and taking responsibility, and sixteen percent on student-student relationship. As results, based on the hypothesis of the results of the research, the model of the research may be confirmed.
