Summary/Abstract: This research aimed to analyze vocational high school female students' attitudes for sports. The data of the research were collected from 196 female students studying at Nene Hatun Vocational and Technical High School in Midyat Town/Mardin. The participants were chosen according to the random sampling method and volunteered for the study. As data collection tool “The Scale of Attitudes for Sport” developed by Şentürk (2012), was used. In the analyzes of the data in addition to descriptive statistical methods, independent samples t-test and one-way ANOVA were used with SPSS for Windows. According to analyze results, significant differences were found in the attitude for sports of the participants according to class, attendance to the school teams, the support of parents in joining the sports activities, the number of attendees to sports activities in family, and according to attended sport types (p<0.01). As a result, in our study, it was determined that the presence of family members who do sports in the family, participation in sports activities at school, the type of sports they participate in and especially family support were found to be effective in the attitudes to sports of female students studying at vocational high schools.
