Summary/Abstract: The date of December 31, 2019 is the beginning of the period when our lives will radically change and have already changed. Our world is the starting point of the days when different reasons and consequences are unpredictable but will definitely differentiate our life, the world, economic, social, political, social security, national and international security and education. Maybe it will not only change life practices but also the beginning of a new era. We will return from the global village to our own village. Together with our nuclear family, we will create ourselves, from virtual education, which was once seen as a utopia, to education without schools. The virus, one of the seven members of the Coronavirus family, was named Covid-19 when it was born in 2019. Turkey public diplomacy has managed to show its global power in the international arena with foreign aid, which we can interpret as a soft power. We will examine these aids in terms of international public relations, in other words, as one of the important tools of public diplomacy.
