Summary/Abstract: In this study, it was tried not to examine what kind of negotiation styles were used to prevent conflicts because of the different cultures of the administrators in the same administration, which causes conflicts in the understanding of organizational management. The international market understanding, international cooperation concepts and international competition factor that came out with globalization brought together managers from different cultures. The organizational management approach of these managers with different cultures has caused administrative conflicts in the enterprises due to differences in their society, unique cultural heritage, norms and rules, education, marketing methods, technology, belief, moral and aesthetic values and as a result negotiations become inevitable. While investigating the causes of conflict, differences were found in the negotiation styles in which conflicts were desired to be dealt with and comparisons were made It has been determined that Turkish managers are less competitive and more accommodating than managers from different cultures. It is surprising that Turkish managers coming from social culture should be less competitive than executives from other cultures coming from higher individualistic culture, but they are supposed to be more competitive, but Turkish managers are supporting with more conciliatory and less avoidant research results This work is divided into two as theoretical and empirical. In the theoretical section, conflicts, causes of conflict, negotiation, negotiation styles and cultural differences were discussed. The reasons of conflict between the managers of Turkish and other cultures working in Istanbul based textile firms which have international commercial relations were determined and the relations between the negotiation styles were analyzed and the obtained data were analyzed using the SPSS program.
