CONSIDERATIONS REGARDING OTHER TESTAMENTARY FORMS. THE WILL OF THE AMOUNTS AND VALUES DEPOSITED. THE WILL MADE ABROAD BY ROMANIAN CITIZENS

Summary/Abstract: The legislator, separate from the ordinary and privileged wills, regulated by special dispositions, the will of the amounts and values deposited, as well as the will made abroad by Romanian citizens. The reason that generated the regulation of these testamentary forms is based on the recent evolution of the economic and social life, as well as of the right of free movement of persons. The present study proposes to analyze these testamentary forms, in the light of the applicable legal provisions and of the particularities they present.
