Summary/Abstract: The provisions of art. 320 of Law no. 95/2006 represents a particular application of tortious civil liability regarding bodily injury consisting in harming the bodily integrity, or health of a person. In this study, the author aims to analyze the legislative changes, as well as the difficulties of interpretation and jurisprudential application of the rule governing the right of health facilities to recover, through direct action, compensation for health care costs granted to the victim of an act.
